Bookkeeping
and Payroll Services
We provide a complete bookkeeping service. Our firm can perform
these services on your behalf or if required we can assist you
or your staff in maintaining your books and records.
Our bookkeeping service includes the preparation and filing
of VAT, PAYE/PRSI and RCT Returns. We will also act as your
agent in dealing with the Revenue.
A prompt and efficient bookkeeping function is essential for
every business to remain compliant. Once we have your cooperation
we will provide a timely and accurate service to ensure that
you remain up to date.
If you are a director of a company please be advised that you
have a statutory responsibility to ensure that proper books
and records are maintained on an accurate and timely basis.
This responsibility is enshrined in company law and we will
be glad to assist you in meeting this obligation and other such
legal obligations of directors.
We can assist you in identifying the required books and records
to be maintained and advise you on the most appropriate and
efficient form of compiling your books and records.
We can assist and advise you on installing and setting up accounting/bookkeeping
systems whether they are manual or computerised. Training is
provided where necessary. Accounts and bookkeeping staff should
be properly trained and familiar with best practice.
In addition, all taxes are now paid on a self-assessment basis
resulting in an increased exposure to surcharges, interest and
penalties. To reduce this exposure it is critical to have an
effective and timely bookkeeping function.
We also operate a payroll bureau service for small and medium-sized
